We Are Transparent
We fully disclose exactly what we pay out. This is because we are so confident that you wont find someone that will pay more on your scrap ANYWHERE! Pawn shops, jewelry dealers, and gold buyers pay a maximum of 75% of the metal value for your scrap. Here at Exotic Elements the MINIMUM we pay is 85% for silver and an astounding 90% for gold. We can get such high payouts because you are selling directly to a refiner and skipping the middle man. In fact we are one of the only refinery’s that offers our services direct to the consumer.
Gemstone Removal and Payout
We work with multiple certified gemstone dealers to give you the best payouts on your gemstones. Our process works by having multiple gem dealers bid on your stones. We then pay you out based on 90% of the highest offer given.
Payouts and Holds
Once we receive your material you will receive an email stating that your material has arrived and will be analyzed to determine the value of your lot. This can take up to 3 days depending on the complexity and variety of material you send. Immediately after a value is determined you will be sent a full price breakdown of your lot with our offer included. Much like the one you see below. We are the only company that includes a full price breakdown so you know you are getting payed what you should.
Any Additional Fees
We try to make the refining experience as streamline as possible for the consumer. As a way of accomplishing this we have very little fees so you know exactly what you will be paid. Any and all fees a user may encounter and what is needed to encounter each fee are listed below.
